Clause 3 adds that where national law recognises sui generis database rights of the Licensor, the Licensor waives them, and clause 4 exempts parts that are covered only by those rights from the restrictions. Beyond that, the definition of "dilo" in Article 1 ends with "Za dila jsou povazovany tez databaze" (databases are also considered works) and names computer programs among the licensed subject matter. The space was removed. All seven BY-NC-SA records of this review group carried the same defect. Review finding The record targeted dalicc:CreativeWork only, while the 4.0 International parent CC-BY-NC-SA-4.0 targets dalicc:CreativeWork and dcmitype:Dataset. This port licenses database rights in its own words, so the asset type is text supported rather than merely plausible. Article 1 brings a database inside the licensed work: "Voor de toepassing van deze Licentie wordt onder het Werk mede verstaan de geluidsopname in de zin van de Wet op de naburige rechten en de databank in de zin van de Databankenwet", the Dutch statute that implements the sui generis database right of directive 96/9/EC. The grant in article 3 then carries "het opvragen en hergebruiken van het Werk", the extraction and re-utilisation right itself, and the preamble names "het databankenrecht" among the rights protecting the work. Review finding Section 5 of the Korean port covers the disclaimer of warranty and the limitation of liability in two sentences under one heading. The record held the whole two sentence block twice, once in dalicc:WarrantyDisclaimer and once in dalicc:LiabilityLimitation. Each field now holds its own sentence, quoted verbatim: the first sentence, in which the licensor offers the work as is and gives no warranty, is the disclaimer, the second, in which the licensor accepts no liability for damage arising from the licence or from use of the work, is the limitation.
