The record models version 1.0 of the SIL Open Font License, the first edition of the standard licence for open fonts. It grants use, study, copying, merging, embedding, modification, redistribution and sale on four conditions: the font is never sold on its own, the notice and the licence travel with every copy, a modified version does not use a reserved font name, and the font software stays under this licence.
