Changes to the license models

What DALICC changed in its curated models, when, and why.

A license model is corrected when a reading of the legal text turns out to be wrong. Every correction changes what the compatibility checker answers, so each change below names the reason behind it and links to the record it was made on.

The record held the whole two sentence block twice, once in dalicc:WarrantyDisclaimer and once in dalicc:LiabilityLimitation.
