Review finding dalicc:chargeDistributionFee was missing, although the other four 4.0 records and all 287 Creative Commons ports of the library carry it, and nothing in this licence limits what the licensee may charge: Section 2(a)(1) grants the rights royalty-free and the NonCommercial definition only excludes uses primarily intended for commercial advantage or monetary compensation, which is the same test that the BY-NC and BY-NC-ND records of this set already model alongside the same permission. Section 4 of the legal code, the sui generis database rights section, says nothing about fees either. Added, so that the six records of the 4.0 set model the fee question identically. This was flagged before the review in the review of duplicates (see the review method, docs/LICENSE_REVIEW.md section 3).
